Re-releasing on Jan 19, 2020 with new covers and edits Scarlett MacGregor has lived a very sheltered life courtesy of her over-the-top controlling parents. Having never been to a co-ed party, much less on a date, Scarlett has relied on her books, her music, and living vicariously through her best friend Evie to keep her sanity as she's patiently awaited her freedom from their rule. When Scarlett and Evie go away to college, Scarlett quickly meets Ashton, Dylan, and later, Mason, and is thrown into a crash course of like, love, and lust. With Evie's help, she must figure out the difference in the three and which one she wants before she ends up without any of them. **Recommended for readers 17+ due to sexual content and harsh language.**

Assess Regarding Books Metamorphosis (Book Boyfriend #1)
I really wanted to hate this book. I was all set on giving it one star. But literally on the LAST page. It kind of won me over. ...kind of I'm actually confused as hell right now, cause I honestly have no idea what I just read. I mean what exactly was the book about in the end? It began being about freedom and getting away from her parents. Then it was her friendship with Evie, next came all the boys, and then it all just abruptly halted and all of a sudden it was about her finding herself. But

Damn my indecision...This was one of those books I went back and forth on the rating. One of those books where you have to decide, "Were the things I loved enough to overlook the things I didn't?" Damn my indecision!!First, "the things I didn't". I just get tired of reading books about the innocent virgin that for some unknown reason (at least unknown to me), guys instantly fall all over themselves to be with. Does she have beer flavored nipples? A vagina that projects ESPN. I just don't get it.

I was given this book to review and I was bit nervous at first to read it..not knowing what to expect. This story was sweet, funny, touching, angsty and had a few OMG HOLY CRAP moments. The story of a self discovering virginal college gal, man whoring hottie, preppie wholesome boy next door was setup perfectly. Then you throw in a hot ass bad boy rocker on top of all that...WOW!!Three chapters in and I was hooked! The writing, characters and story had me wanting to savor what I knew would be a

"We all love someone, whether it be erotic love, or family love or even self-love. So we are all dependent on the happiness and nirvana that is felt when that love is strong and healthy, but vulnerable to the heart-wrenching pain of that love when its either taken away or not returned."I was looking at a 3 star rating mostly the entire book but the ending alone brought it back to 4.. TEAM MASON Lets start off by saying this book did not blow me away! A lot of it was totally cheesy and I got

Can't wait to read your wonderful book Princess!!!Erin does a wonderful job in her debut Mature YA novel showing us the Metamorphosis of a young lady just starting college life and being away from the over-protectiveness of her parents. She also does a wonderful job of showing life altering occurrences that affect Scarlett's perspective on all that she thought she was.Oh and I want the sequel yesterday!!!! Team Ash all the way baby!!!!

He said it's crazyHow love stays with meYou know it hurts meThat I didn't figure it out beforeAnd now it's too late for a soliloquyIt's way too late for dignityIt's time for apologiesYou know when you start reading a book and you think is gonna be just one more book? Well, I felt this way before starting Metamorphosis and I was totally wrong. Man, I loved this book but I hated it so much at the same time and I seriously could not put it down. This is a story about Scarlett her parents have been

Scarlet is a sheltered, nieve young girl who goes to college with her best friend to escape the strictness of her parents and be liberated. She wants to find herself a book boyfriend! This is where fiction imitates real life with all her references to the current books we are reading and loving! It was almost like we lived a second life with our book characters, talking about them as if they actually existed and integrating their sayings into our everyday conversations.Lol! Does that sound like
